Healing through the Law

Conflict is inevitable, such that focusing on finding resolutions, without regard for placing fault or retribution, can be an opportunity for personal growth.

On a deeper level, conflicts provide external opportunities reflecting our inner turmoil or dissonance projected into our perceived reality for us to experience and assimilate valuable lessons.

This is a transformative approach to conflict resolution, enabling both sides of a conflict to grow personally as well as interpersonally from the experience.

Even more so, laws govern our social fabric and community, such that legal conflicts innately are our manifestations of perceived disconnect from society or community, because we may feel ashamed or hurt by our experience of the conflict and cannot come to terms with it at an “egoic” level.

By holding compassion with a resolved focus during conflict, each of us has the opportunity to evolve, thereby healing our inner (self) & outer relationships.

In essence, every conflict allows us a new choice to “heal through the law,” resisting the temptation to be burdened or derailed by it, choosing to resolve & evolve.
